David joins BASIS from the Royal Agricultural Society of England and Innovation for Agriculture, where he has led initiatives supporting innovation, knowledge exchange and industry development across the agricultural sector.

With extensive leadership experience spanning membership organisations, charities and commercial businesses, David brings a strong track record of organisational growth, stakeholder engagement and strategic development.

As Chief Executive, David will oversee the continued development of BASIS's professional registers, training programmes and industry partnerships, while ensuring the organisation remains responsive to the needs of its members and the sectors it supports.
