AMAZONE : AMATECHNICA 2026 attracts around 7,000 trade visitors from 43 countries
International in-house exhibition at AMAZONE’s headquarters, with a strong focus on communication and innovation.
AMATECHNICA showed off its best and once again demonstrated its international significance. Around 7,000 farmers, contractors and sales partners from 43 countries around the world attended the in-house exhibition at AMAZONE’s headquarters to discover the latest developments and innovations in agricultural machinery.
Using the theme ‘Ideas for our future’, AMAZONE presented a highly varied programme featuring product presentations, specialist information and plenty of opportunities for face-to-face discussions. The impressive ring demonstrations, featuring the latest products from Agritechnica and current innovations from all the areas of expertise within AMAZONE’s agricultural and groundcare machinery divisions, proved to be a particular crowd-puller. These included, for example, the ZA‑TS 01 AutoSpread self-adjusting fertiliser spreader and the Pantera 4504 self-propelled sprayer, featuring the new generation of comfort cabs. AMAZONE also provided more information about its recent partnership with CultiWise. The aim of this strategic partnership is further to simplify digital applications for smart farming and to make them even more precise by using satellite-based and, in particular, drone-based application maps.
A key feature of the event was the ‘Walk of Innovation’, which guided visitors through a host of key future topics in agriculture. Technological and digital solutions were presented that enable more efficiency and even more input-efficient management. Technical advisers from AMAZONE and numerous partner companies held in-depth discussions with the farmers, contractors and sales partners.
Another item on the agenda was the auction of little-used, second-hand AMAZONE machinery. The tight integration of the auction into the exhibition programme underscored AMATECHNICA’s holistic approach of bringing together technology, information and concrete investment opportunities. The auction raised around € 1 million.
The supplementary items on the programme were also all very well received. Factory tours, an extensive exhibition of machinery, and a vintage tractor show featuring around 120 historic tractors, offered further insights into technology and its development. In addition, many visitors made use of the shuttle service to visit the spare parts centre and used machinery centre in Tecklenburg-Leeden, as well as the Wambergen experimental farm, where pioneering agricultural concepts are being trialled. This is also home to AMAZONE’s own museum, which houses a large collection of exhibits from across various periods in the company’s history.
Presentations also provided technical insights, addressing current topics such as Precision Farming and digital solutions for improving efficiency, sustainability and user-friendliness in a practical manner. AMATECHNICA 2026 was rounded off with an evening event featuring a live band in the marquee.
AMAZONE is delighted with the overwhelmingly positive outcome of the 10th undertaking of this major international event and would like to thank everyone involved for their tremendous commitment and the fantastic response.
